At House of Gelin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused and unworn.
• The item is in its original condition.
• All original tags remain attached.
• Original packaging is included.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized products
• Custom-made products
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Please include:

• Your order number
• Name used on the order
• Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived defective
• The incorrect item was received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

House of Gelin does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
