Refund and Returns Policy

 You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Please contact info@houseofgelin.com for return instructions. Ensure that the bag has not been worn and shows no signs of use, as refunds may be denied otherwise. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive the item. If possible, please return the item in the original box.
